Wonderful debut single by newly formed London-based project Eaux, initiated by members of famed electronic/post rock outfit Sian Alice Group. “Luther” is as lush and melody-rich as it is expertly crafted and arranged, a lucid electro ballade in the best of British traditions. The accompanying video is particularly marvelous, set in an archetypical English seaside scenery, at the same time both desolate and consolatory. [#]
